Catnapper lift chair recliner

I purchased a Catnapper lift chair in 2009.  The cushions went first and then the wiring.  Had to argue to get them fixed under warranty.  Now after 3 yrs the wiring is shot again and chair doesn't work. Contacted Jackson Furniture which is their manufacturer.  They emailed and stated that the parts were no longer available and they changed their mechanisms so the new parts won't work on my chair and at the end they stated "have a nice day"??? Are you kidding me.  I spent $750 on a chair that can't be fixed.  It sits in the living room with the chair partially raised where it quit and I might as well throw it out.  They state in their warranty lifetime on the recliner mechanisms.  What a joke!
