Wells Fargo is very poor in customer service. Their "home preservation specialists" are just debt collectors who are uneducated in the field, due to lack of training or lack of intelligence. Seems they are very disorganized, they keep misplacing information; they rarely return phone calls; Never get a live person, Kimberly's voice mail says she will return your call within 48 hours..  more like two weeks if you are lucky: and after you leave three or four messages  per week,  She never can answer your questions if you do reach her. They say they have all the paperwork they need to send to the underwriter only to come back a week later and request more information.... the same information  you already sent three times. I actually have been on the phone with my "contact" Kimberly Kline while she  put me on hold, said she will  take the  paperwork requested to the underwriters to see if they need anything else, come back on the phone, tell me they have everything they need and then  I received a letter a week later, denying any assistance due to them not receiving the requested paperwork. HELLO>>>>>> Anything in the space between the ears!!!!  I had to get an attorney involved  and found out they are that are committing fraud, and we are most likely to pursue legal action.
