To get a hole of friends ,contact the police where I live, take me to court, have me picked up. Did ask about loan but did not take it ,to many complains.

Sounds like a shakedown scam..
There are phony websites that claim to offer "payday loans", supposedly forwarding your information to "lenders". Some of these "lenders" offer payday loans at grossly inflated rates, while others are out and out scam. They use the victim information they buy to call and threaten alleged "borrowers" who never borrowed anything from them, looking for some sucker who can be conned or extorted.
