foam in cushon is going flat and material is sagging

After only owning this sofa for a week and a half the foam is going flat and the material is sagging.  The company I bought it from Big Sandy will not take care of this problem, telling me this is normal wear.  The sofa has a ten year warranty.  I can not imagine what it will be like after a couple of months.  This is an $1,100 sofa.  I will never purchase anything else from Big Sandy or Englund.
