My Account Got Banned and No Refund Received

I ordered 450 gold 10 days ago and ThSale.com have not delivered. Yesterday I got an email from Blizzard saying I broke the ToS and account was permanently banned! I requested a refund from ThSale.com but they claim they delivered what I bought and no refund will be provided. What a joke! The email from blizzard says this account has been closed and will not be reopened under any circumstances.

THSALE claims they absolutely do not use any illegal methods when leveling your character but they obviously do. I never had a single problem with Blizzard about ANYTHING else before this happened to me.

I lost my account, my main character, my gold... everything and there is nothing that can be done. I have written blizzard many times and they will not change their minds.

    I paid for leveling service they did not do and they did not refund my money. I gave them 2 weeks and they never touched the account. I requested my money back for the next two weeks and they kept putting me off and finally just stopped replying. They just take your money and give nothing back. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!! They lie. They steal.

    did they ban your account? I bought one yesterday but he seems to rarly come on and I am scared with all these bans going about shall I cancel the payment? and will I get banned for trying to get one in the first place? please write back!

    never buy from them they lie and give you nothing.
    take you money and make excuses why they cant deliver.

    ThSale Sucks
    ThSale.com lies and cheats.  They got me banned.  Turns out they also run a kiddie porn hotline 1-800-608-5738 so I hear.  Haven't called it, that would be gross.
