loan modification

I have been working with well Fargo home preservation specialist "Angela Holloway" since Sept 2011, sending her documents after documents at her request  to complete my loan modification. I sent the last set of documents in March, 2012, she then told me that we should have an answer in 30days.  When i didn't hear from her for i taught she was still waiting on the underwriter to make a decision.  Then i finally got a call from her on June 4th, she said to me, we are going to need updated documents, and then she asked if the following day at 9:00am would be a good time to call me back. I wondered why she couldn't say right then, but i agreed and said 11am would be good for you to call me, she said ok i will call you then to let you know what information i need.  The following day came and i never head from her, so i called at 1pm on june 5th, was told she was at lunch, left messages and never heard from her. I received a letter dated June 7th, that she can't do anything for me because i did not send in the require documents in time. (Frist of all she never told me what She needed, and secondly the letter was send out on the 7th, when i called you on the 5th?). I called and called and everytime i get she is at lunch or leave a message, i called about four times even call customer service, they send emails asking that she call me still didn't hear from her. I then received another dated the 11th of June, that she can't find a program for me, and then another letter dated on the 12th about considering short sale. Are you kiding? I found out through the authomatic voice that there is a sale date on my home for excatly 2months from the date of the letter which stated i haven't sent in the required documents on time.  I believe that the people that call themselves specialists  are allowing these homes to go into foreclosure where they are working with investors or family members  to buy them back at a cheaper price.  But i will fight this to the end, i will let everyone knows what my experience has been like with this company.
