No Refund

I tried to get two airplane tickets through Travelocity and was told right at the last step that I was not successful. I tried again with the same result.

I went directly to the airline's web page and booked the tickets. When I checked my e-mail I found that I had tickets from both Travelocity and American Airlines for the same amount, for the same trip.

I notified Travelocity and they told me I would get a refund on my credit card after a 30 day waiting period (?).

I had my credit card company, American Express, start an investigation about the double tickets because I didn't want to pay the amount, I wanted to wait for the credit. I was told that Travelocity would not refund the money. I had to use the credit for future travel with Travelocity. When I tried last week to do this, I was told by Travelocity that there would be a $130.00 for each of the two tickets for making a change. I hung up on them and booked my tickets directly through the airline again.

I have written to Travelocity again asking for a refund, with no response. I have all of this documented. The total amount spent on the two tickets which I want refunded is $481.40.
