Charged for services I never used - reimburse my deducted amount

I never subscribed any Live-Music,Mobile Radio,VAS Pack,or Demand services but it deducted Rs.30/-every month frequently from last 7 to 8 months from my mobile balance A/C. I have complained many times to customer care but not to renew it, I got only 2 time refund but rest months amount not get refund yet.

Now I am helpless and feel cheated because I have not downloaded anything moreover I even did not use any of the service but nobody is ready to listen or accept anything.

I kindly requesting you deactivate it as soon as possible & reimburse my all deducted amount.

    This is a one of the strategy Airtel use to money. Similar problem I am also facing with Airtel phone/internet connection.  I took broadband internet connection from airtel and with that they provided phone too.  Never used that phone, instead removed the connection as well.  Only using internet.  But I am call see 30/- from past 7 to 8 months for caller tune charges.  Complained this to airtel, but no use.

    I think you should ask them to discontinue the caller tune service to ur ph no. to stop the charges.

    Hi,
    I am also facing same problem since last 4 months,airtel add Rs30/-permonth extra for music & Fun, on demand service which i am not using, when i complaint to airtel they ask to waive off extra ammount but never done,
    Every month its adding in my bill.
    Another thing is customer service executive give a no 543216 to stop it. But it is again for ask to activate the fun services if by mistake we press the asking no. service again get activated.
    So I feel we all are been cheated by airtel, think airtel has more the 1 crore customers in india and if they are doing it with 50% custmers, means airtel getting more than Rs15cr per month thru this froud.
