ABUSE
They are after either id information, bank account information to use to steal your money, or will try to con you into paying them "fees" or "taxes". There are no lottery "winnings".
Note that they are implying you shouldn't disclose anything to other people. They don't want you to find out it is a fraudulent scheme until they take your money.
Since it appears you may have disclosed account information, you would be wise to notify your bank that your information is in the hands of criminals, and immediately close your account to prevent theft and fraud.
You should also immediately put a fraud alert on your credit reports.
