Did you sign up for some free credit report with them, and then they started charging you some monthly fee, or failed to honor your cancellation, or did you never do business with them at all?
In any case, if there is a charge on your credit card, your bank should be able to provide a contact number associated with that charge.
Dispute all unauthorized charges through your bank. Regardless of whether you get your money back, close your account to prevent future unauthorized charges.
Don't you just love getting your credit report through outfits like this?

The number is 866-365-8654. They are a total scam operation. I got another number to get my back charges refunded. 877-524-5951. Good luck!

What a scam. Since when does FREE come with a 12.95 price tag. I want out of this scam. I want my money back and the MNI account closed. Buyer beware of this SCAM from such vunerable clients. I had to cancel my bank card and have another issued. I had no other choice because it is impossible to get in touch with these thieves. I would like to have my money back. I will contact the Federal Trade Commission and the California Better Business Bureau as this company is in California.

I did the survey, it's the survey people!! They are promoting a phishing scam. Call the company @ 866-365-8654. It's not the credit report company's fault!! They were very nice, and removed the charge from my account.
