i to will never buy England sofa again!! the pillows are attached are either over-stuffed and under stuffed.. the frame is the most worst quality of workmanship i ever saw and the store i purchased it from, had a person come out and help the sofa look better.. i have learn my lesson, don'y buy England

    i think you are wrong.  check out their frame construction, it is hardwood and plywood, not that USB stuff other companies are using.  you sound like a complainer with nothing better to do.

    i am glad you raise the frame and attached cushion concern.  The company has addresses the type situations over the years.  First, the frame is 3/4" to 7/8" furniture grade plywood, not to be confused with the less quality USB boards.  The frames are percision cut with CNC routers and have an interlocking design.  The result, a very structurally sound frame that will not bow, break, or pull apart.  And in case something unforeseen does happen, the warrant period is for the lifetime of the product.  As for the cushions, assumin you mean the inside back cushions, they have hidden zippers.  This allows the user to add or remove filler, the benefit being that you can customize the feel to your own personal pleasure.  Great idea on the part of the company.  Regardless of your concern, things can easily be resolved by contacting the store where your purchase was made and/or a call to the manufacturing company at 423-626-5211.
