I bought a sofa and chair from a vendor in Upstate, NY. It's been 3 months. I have emailed and called the company without any response. They have a contact person; a bill.woods, who doesn't answer emails, and apparently doesn't answer calls either. I went back to the vendor to put a stop to my order and they refused me. I don't have the furniture and I already DISLIKE THE PRODUCT. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM ENGLAND FURNITURE AGAIN.....

the company has a proven track record of delivery, within 21 days for the bulk of the US and 30 days for out lying areas. if you are experiencing a delay beyond this time frame, it is not the manufacturer, but rather the store where your purchase was made. If you doubt this, feel free to contact the manufacturer at 423-626-5211.
