I bought a sofa and chair from a vendor in Upstate, NY.  It's been 3 months.  I have emailed and called the company without any response.  They have a contact person; a bill.woods, who doesn't answer emails, and apparently doesn't answer calls either. I went back to the vendor to put a stop to my order and they refused me.  I don't have the furniture and I already DISLIKE THE PRODUCT.   WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE FROM ENGLAND FURNITURE AGAIN.....

    Thanks for this information. I was just at a furniture store in Leesburg, FL and I was promised 4 weeks for delivery. I am glad I didn't put the money down. I was almost there but I wanted to come home and do a little research before I ordered. I am glad I did because this is not the only thread about England. I have a La-z-boy leather recliner sofa that I absolutely love and I was hoping that England would be just as good. Oh well, keep shopping I suppose.

    the company has a proven track record of delivery, within 21 days for the bulk of the US and 30 days for out lying areas.  if you are experiencing a delay beyond this time frame, it is not the manufacturer, but rather the store where your purchase was made.  If you doubt this, feel free to contact the manufacturer at 423-626-5211.

    i think your concern is with the store, not the manufacturer.  the manufacturer has a proven track record of delivery, most within 21 days and the extreme areas at 28 days.
