Can't Get My Money Back

On May 26, 2011, I bought online, through Google/CHCA, EOLA Fitness' Therapuetic Back Massager, It was advertised with a 30 day money back guarantee. I received the product on June 2nd & used it for apporximately 3 weeks. The product was a joke, worthless and poorly made. On June 27th, I requested from NOLA and received on June 28th a "return merchandice" number. I packed up & returned the massager to them on July 1st via US Post Office with a deleivery confirmation. NOLA received the product on July 7th. They advertise that credits on returned merchandise were posted in 48 hours. Two weeks later I had not had the credit posted to my account, three weeks later still no credit. It is now August 10th & I have yet to receive the credit. I called many times, had to leave messages, sent e-mails and no response from NOLA Fitness. I warn all not to do business with NOLA Fitness, my experience says they are not honest in their advertising or in dealing with their customers. Beware of the likes of NOLA FITNESS!
