The gentleman was just yelling about how i was commiting check fraud and practicing fraudulate activity they threaten to call my job and get me fired with makes is crazy if you want me to pay this ammount you say i owe. After i keep asking for the company's information the india gentleman started yelling saying he did not have that information and does not know where to get the information. They could not verify my address or anything and they just keep saying you will be locked up behind the bars stated they have sent me emails that have gone unanswered which i never received. So i will await there next call to see what happens then.

Callers are usually from overseas, often India or Pakistan.
Report to the FBI, and ignore their threats.
I applied for a payday loan using one of those "meta" payday sites that farms out your application to like 25 sites simultaneously (I didn't know that was going to happen) and after that I started getting calls 5 or 6 times a day from payday lenders, mortgage lenders, cruise ship companies, student loans, on line universities and so on - AND NOW THIS!
I am just worried that they can actually get at my money.
I just got a phone call from a Ronnie Cooper too he never stated when I applied for the loan what is crazy is that he said my back name and SSN then it dawned on me when I received a letter from my back telling me that my account is in the negative that same day I went down to the bank to dispute this matter the teller printed out a electronic check esigned by me. this is crazy
File a fraud dispute with your bank to refute the fraudulent echeck, and close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
Follow up with a fraud affidavit sent to your bank, to back up your dispute IN WRITING. File a fraud complaint with your local police, and get a copy of the police report for your records.
Your bank can reverse disputed charges if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, under FRB Reg. E, which covers debit card charges, ochecks, or similar EFT.
If this fraudulent echeck gets passed off to some debt collector, you use your police fraud report to block all collection and credit reporting under FCRA/FACTA, or to sue the debt collector should you need to.
Probably not likely it will go that far. These scams are looking for suckers, not anyone who fights back.
