Canceled and they keep billing

I canceled this account in Dec. 2011.  Today I noticed they charged my account 32.52 without my permission.  When I called they said it showed that I canceled, but it must be a mistake that they sent a box to an address for my daughter (and she doesn't live there anymore).  They said I have to drive there (2hrs) and get the box they sent today and return it.  HOW IS THIS LEGAL?  I canceled, they send anyway, now I have to spend gas money to try and retrieve a box I did not order?  STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
