WAS ON THE PHONE WITH THESE PEOPLE FOR 4O MINS AND WOULD NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. I HUNG UP ON THEM AND THEY CALLED BACK AND THREATENED ME. TOLD ME TO HOLD FOR QUALITY CONTROL TO GET CANCELLATION #...I HUNG UP AND THEY CALLED BACK AND TOLD ME IF I DID NOT GET A CANCELLATION # THE ONLINE SUBSCRIPTION WOULD CONTINUE. I TOLD THEM I KNEW NOTHING OF AN INVOICE FOR 499.95 AND WOULD NOT PAY IT..THEY DISCONNECTED ME AND THEN CALLED BACK. I ANSWERED ALL THEIR QUESTIONS FOR THE CANCELLATION # AND THEN THEY ASKED IF I WANTED TO SAVE 100.00 BY PAYING NOW WITH A CREDIT CARD....THEY HARRESSED AND BULLIED ME FOR 40 MIN WITH REPEATED PHONE CALLS AFTER I TOLD THEM NO THANK YOU. IT IS SO SAD PEOPLE GET THEIR KICKS OUT OF SCAMMING PEOPLE

You don't need any "cancellation number" for a "service" you never agreed to in the first place. That's just another "con" to record your voice, so they can fabricate some recording they will then claim is your "agreement" to pay them.
File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and at www.ic3.gov
Ignore their threats. They can't carry them out. All they can do is harass and threaten.
If you are connected to this "quality control" scammer, ask them if they are in New Jersey.
