Warranty Loopholes at A&E Factory Service

I called for service using my 5 year warranty on my Maytag refridgerator that was leaking water all over the floor.  They came out and told me it would be $188 to unclog the frozen drain.  They unclogged it.  About 3 months later I get a bill for $97 saying the repair was not covered since it was not a mechanical or electrical failure. Give me a break.  Water on the floor and it's not broken enough to be covered.

I am in the process of disputing this but I'll never buy another extended warranty if A&E Factory Service is the company behind it.  They are gouging homeowners for repairs that should be covered.
