horrible horrible horrible service

they are absolutely the worst company ever. i have been waiting for them to come and replace a part on my maytag dryer for 2 months. they are yet to come.... were suppose to show up today between 8-12 and now it's pushed back to 2 pm which is never going to happen as they have done this many many many many times since january 3rd of this year 2013

it is outrageous. i don't know how they are in business
