Admin fee

OH MY GOSH WHERE DO I START.. it has to be the worst i have felt after using a company as big as they are, first when i entered the office to hire a vehicle the staff looked at me like i was a piece of trash then asked what car was available they had nothing but 1 super bogg standard car which they were funny about giving away however after doing all the checks they gave it to me and told me lookafter it lol as if it was a ferrari anyways hired it for a week then extended for a further 3 days but was charged for the whole week, put everything aside my main complaint is 3 weeks later I received a letter informing about some toll charge which was not paid at the time, however i recieved a letter from the toll company and paid their fee of £2.50p but SCUMBAGS SCAMMING THIEVES EUROPCAR decided to charge me £40.00 for admin fee.. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL DISGUSTING I ADVISE NO ONE TO USE THERE COMPANY BECAUSE U WILL BE LEFT WITH A SKANKY FINE i have told many people about this and planning to take it further, please start boycotting these criminals....
