I got message saying I have been charged 49.9 USD for a transaction. This is a fraudulent company which does not exist

It's a cramming scam..
If you didn't authorize the charges, get your money back by filing a fraud dispute through your bank. In addition, have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute promptly.
