I received an email saying that I owed 95X.xx dollars and I needed to call the number listed immediately.  I called the number and it was not a working number.  They threatened me with legal fees, leins on assets, etc.

    They probably send out millions of those, hoping some people bite.

    They are fakes.

    yea I got an email yesterday April 20, 2012 saying the same thing. I replied back saying that we have no such number and what company were they representing.

    I got an email today april 26,2012 saying the dame thing.I told the it is against the law to contact me at work.

    I received emails from a Paul Adams. ACS Incorp.  $300 to settle a debt that i owe for a check advance.
    from Cash Net USA.  i know i owe that company.  They have my last 4 of my social.  and the bank info.
    ive heard of some of the scams taking place. Told em that i could send but it has to be moneygram.
    instead he said they only except Visa, Mastercard etc;;;; and it can be purchased at wal-mart. prepaid.
    what you all think?  i have phone numbers and no calls from this company.  just emails...Help!!!!
