junk furniture

I bought a catnapper living room suit last nov 2011 and have had problems with it starting day I bought it.  It is june 2012 and it still is not repaired.  There needs to be something done about catnapper furniture, there service people don't know what they are doing they fix and tare up something else this has been on going for a long time and I have had enough, I am contacting the BBB
