Grandson ordered anti virus program.  The system shut down before he finished and he received nothing, but my credit card has been billed for $51.44 U.S. dollars.  I called this company and they are located in India.  They told me their system was down and they would get back to me in two hours.  This is B.S.

    Many similar complaints of fraudulent charges, often connected to ordering anti-virus software, but in some cases with no prior contact.
