I got this exact message word for word but case # 92281 and the amount being $645.85 I have never heard of these people nor have I ever taken out any payday loans. Is there a way to fight back? This is terrifying! The email name isn't even for my name! Comes from someone by the name of Malinda Lewis and the email is atty.malinda_lewis@outlook.com.

I received the same email same amount and then got an email from another person exactly 5 mins later just changed the amount and didn’t have my name and had an email to contact the attorney, but the red flag was it was an “GMAIL” what attorney you know has a gmail unless it’s their personal email to send on a supposedly legit document. Those scammers better go play in traffic. They won’t get my hard earned money.
