I had a similar situation as these other people.  I ordered proactiv and then I began to receive the vitapower vitamins.  I thought it was an additional supplement that was covered by my original order, but then I began to receive charges on my credit account.  I have since canceled my proactiv membership, but I continue to be charged for a service I never wanted.

I ordered Meaningful Beauty and i clik on speacial offer  - "Get a 30-day supply of Wellness Vitamins FREE with any purchase plus $3.99 S&H. When you order, you’ll automatically be registered to receive a fresh 60-day supply of Wellness Vitamins every two months and you’ll lock in the special low price of just $29.95 plus $3.99 S&H a month. There is no minimum amount you have to purchase, and you can cancel at any time."
I was surprise to see that i did not reseive my beauty product but was charge 3.99 for this. Good company right? Or may be Cindy Crawford Meaningful Beauty  is the same advertisiment trik like VITA POWER?

disgusting scam artists - way to take advantage of the average hard working customer and try to stuff them with a charge for 34.00 - small enough you might not notice  - enough to give their company ceo's their holiday bonus
I just noticed the first charge for 34.00 on my card - called my bank and canceled my card - going to dispute the charge with my bank's fraud protection.  What a rediculously greedy way to conduct business - just got some girl on the phone at the number listed above for vitapower - she was quite confident that the way they were conducting business was in no way a scam as they include the information about the vitamin recurring charge on the invoice - tried to tell me it was my fault because i didn't read my invoice - i told her that if it was a product a way of business that she and her company truly support then they should probably not use a font size of 6 to inform the customer of their 'enrollment' in the automatic shipment - i have since cancelled both memberships and will never use pro-active again!

I ordered Meaningful Beauty and and was told that I could purchase vitamins on once basis..and then they told me I could purchase 2nd box of vitamins for a friend or family member for half the price. I accepted and now they are drafting my account for 68.00 in March and when I called they told me another 68.00 would be drafted in April..That is because they have me purchasing a double set..I told them that they were operating a scam and the girl told me to send back the vitamins and keep a receipt and they will refund my money less the shipping fee which is charged twice for the double shipment. She told me that if they get the vitamins back soon enough that they will not draft me the 2nd 68.00 in April..I hope not. I have lost my respect for Meaningful Beauty..I am very disappointed and angry that a company can do this to us. I will not order anything from infra comercials again. I just hope they will refund my money.

The same thing just happened to me. I called and cancelled earlier this month and they still charged me. I spoke to someone at the number listed about (888-848-2797) and she gave me a "Temporary" credit as long as I send the package back once I receive it.

Beware of ordering PROACTIVE acne treatment package online... HOld on to your credit/debit account numbers for I thought, I was simply ordering a promotional offer of $19.99 for my son, but I never got any PROACTIVE products but continuously seeing these $33.94 bill on my bank account for three months now and don't know how to stop it.   I've been trying to contact the same PROACTIVE number I used to order, but it seems not to be working anymore...  Great promos, great product, only if they were delivered and NO AUTO DEBITTING ...  Fr. I purchased the Meaningful Beauty products with "free 30 sample of vitamins" with your order of Meaningful Beauty products. There was no mention of the repeat shipments.  Later I just happened to catch a charge to my account before I recieved the 2nd shipment which I never wanted.  I told them when the offered the vitamins I would never use them and they said maybe you can give them to a family member they are free.  I looked at the invoice and sure enough in fine print they said they would be shipped each month and I would be billed.  When I ordered Meaningful Beauty they gave me two numbers one for customers service for Meaningful Beauty and a second for the Vitamins only and made it clear that I had to use the separate numbers for any issues.  When I called the vitamin company they cancelled my order and refunded my money.  They just told me to refuse the shipment when it came by postal service.  This is hard to do if you aren't home.  This is what worked for me and I have had no further charges.

Very misleading.  The infomercial says you'll receive all of these products for a one time fee of 29.95 and then come to find out you are being charged 3 installments of 36.95

    repear shipments
Ok, so I called this number: 1-888-848-2797. I canceled my repeat orders, and can send the second shipment back for a refund. So I am paying nothing extra. (Except they won't give me back shipping.)

OMG people...read the fine print, you should know better then to trust companies like that. Also you have the option to NOT sign up for the vitamins when you buy the other products. & it says "one month supply of trial vitamins...DUH if you don't cancel  after the first month you gotta pay!

They don't send any paperwork with the vitamins nor do they refer to them on the Meaningful Beauty My Account so they purposefully make it hard to cancel or return....which is considered a deceptive business practice.

    Scammed
I called my bank about this the other day. They had me cancel the card that I purchased the product with and ordered a replacement.  By canceling the card, the scammers no longer had access to my info and the old one was null and void. Also, if you want to order something using a credit card - buy a Visa gift card and use that instead. Plus, I've seen those Proactive booths in my local mall - at least if you can buy it through a vendor at the mall - you can pay cash. Rule of thumb - wait 30 seconds after the infomercial airs before you act and ask yourself if it's worth it. You may end up changing your mind about buying the product. I hope that this helps. Good luck to you all.

I have just found out the same issues are going on with my situation, I really do wish I found this sooner. I finally had to close my account and start another one. After many years of trying to build my credit it is ruined with this stupid Vitamins. Even after calling and hearing the "same" speech from two different operators, I knew that I was more than scammed. I feel really stupid being I was suckered into this one.
