Dear sir,

I received an SMS from AD-54321 saying "You have been renewed for full track subscription service from Airtel.You've been charged Rs.5. latest games http://gclub.in. Please deactivate it immediately.
My mobile No. 9892638249. Also, deactivate airtel gyan free subscription. I have not subscribed for these services. Pls. refund money debited from my account, as these were auto-activated from your end.

How to stop FULL TRACK SUBSCRIPTION:
SMS STOP To 121 immediately.
you will get a sms with a list of all the active subscriptions.
Reply to the same number with the serial numbers of the services you requested to stop.
You wil get another messaage asking to reconfirm.
reply to that number once again,
Your FULL TRACK will be stopped immediatly....

I have been receiving SMSes from AD-54321 saying "You have been activated service from Airtel.You've been charged Rs.15. For activating games. http://gclub.in. And they are diducting Rs. 5 from last 14-15 days. I alredy informed my problem to the customer care peraonnel . He said that he would deactivate this offer but he did not. Still 5 Rs is diducting everyday from my balance. Please deactivate it very immediately. My mobile No. 9777461847

I have been "charged with Rs. 5/- for 5 days"for "Gyan Pack" whereas I have neither subscribed nor am I desirous for such things.My number '9597648182' I did unsubscribe AirtelGyan Pack services I got a reply saying “your request could not be processed".kindly disactive this subscription from my mobile and
do not subscribe any other subscription for future.

Dear sir i am use to this airtel sim 4 years last 4 months i have lose many time in money i will complaint many times. But no respons 3 days before i will call airtel customer care. Customer care officer use rough words.so i think i will change to other network just one week i will stay this number. Against continue this problam conform i will change to other network. Guys, I have been force to subscribe fulltract everyday which is not under my will. I have already lost a valuable amount of money during the process of complaining my problem which is not yet solved. The customer service personell cannot really solve this problem because they dont know the exact cause which makes me wonder that SOMETHING REALLY WRONG IS GOING INSIDE AIRTEL COMPANY,this problem may be just be the TIP OF AN ICEBERG,I dont want to complain anymore, I wonder if I just submit an FIR to solve this unending problem....

PLease deactivate AD 54321- FULLTRACK IPLAYER_5 subscription service from Airtel charging Rs 5.0 everyday and also TIPS BY YUVRAAJ_10 subscription service from Airtel charging Rs. 10.0. I have not subscribed any of these, but I am getting charged frequently. Please deactivate both. My phone number is 9945126903

Dear sir,
my number 09004928895.it has come to my notice that without me making any outgoing calls,how come my balance gets deducted.i request u to delete all the services. we want only only incoming and outgoing and all over India roaming.and let me know why my balance is deducted without me making a single outgoing.let me know as soon as possible.
