Denied auto repair

The air conditioner in my van started blowing hot air so I took it to my mechanic this was on Wed. Sept. 2, 2009 then I got a call from him telling me that my claim had been denied he said that he was told that he had used the wrong words and he was told to resubmit the claim again which he did in the mean time my mechanic said that I should come a pickup my van because it was coming to the Labor day weekend and since my van was driveable he saw no reason for it to sit up until he heard back from the Warranty company which I did when I heard back he told me that my claim had been denied again at that time I contacted the Warrtany company myself to inquire as to why and I was told that I drove my van off the lot and added more miles on it.
