not only did the unauthorized pymt. of 24.95 taken out of my acct they told me it was refunded and it was not, I am going to the attorney generals office and the ftc, pronto

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute fraudulent charges, and have them close the account due to fraud, or you will see additional fraudulent charges.  Your bank can reverse unauthorized charges under FRB Reg. E or FCBA if you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

    File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov
