not giving proper information

i changed my network from Docomo to Airtel and it got activated on Nov-13-2012. last Friday 28-12-2012 my number been suspended without any prior msg or call, the reason is that i need to re-submit all my proof again . when i attempted to submit proof in local Airtel outlet, they said tat tey are not accepting any proofs, no body accepting proof and customer also not responding properly. for 4 days i'm staying without any calls or msg this is worst service i have seen.
