Terrible company and customer service

This company is terrible, I am on my second purchase from them and they consistently manage to make it a terrible experience. My first purchase was from the Bolingbrook location where the salesman blatantly lied about the current sale on a couch. This time I spend $1,500 on a mattress and the salesman inputs the incorrect information into the system so they deliver the wrong mattress. Now we are waiting an entire week with a terrible mattress they delivered. This is the last time I ever buy anything from this company they can't seem to get the simplest items correctly. After trying to cancel my order I have been passed around to several “managers” who have told me the cancellation was done. Then I speak to someone today and he says that they will not refund me in anyway. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company and a complaint with the BBB.
