Scam

They called someone else I didn't even know during the year they said I got a loan with that person as a reference. Then told me they were about to serve me claiming I lived in some random town. I told Samantha I'd be happy to go directly to the court house or sheriff dept but she then said oh they don't have paperwork yet I'm trying to keep it from going to court if you pay my office. I said no and requested a number to the company she says I owe and hung up
