Lemon

We bought this washer in August 2015 and have had nothing but trouble with it.  Aside from being extremely noisy and unbalanced (things we could deal with), the lid would lock at inappropriate times like when it was completely empty.  We couldn't open it to load it and start running it.  This was inconvenient, but typically, unplugging and plugging it back in would resolve the issue.  Until the opposite happened.  Now it won't lock, so it can't advance to the stage after filling the tub (the actual "washing" stage).  Our last washer lasted 10 years and the one before that 30.  I sense a disturbing trend.
