I get multiple phone calls daily from home security promotions. I block numbers and get calls from another. Thwee is no stopping them.

Deborah, I get these too. Also for home solar. And each time I tell them I live in a high rise apartment building and they promise to take me off their list. At one point I even made appointments with each of them. One cursed me out when he googled my address, the other I never heard from-presumably he saw a big building and left. And then a month goes by and they call again. I just block them now.
