false advertising

After reading these complaints it seems pretty clear that this company is in the business of defrauding customers. The ones who say they received their merchandise and had no difficulties are obviously ringers who work for the company. It's a shame that they haven't been prosecuted yet. But the lesson is to never...ever...trust these ridiculous television ads that promise something like $30,000 diamond rings for only $20.00.
