To: whom it may concern I had hired Avista Home Specialist's back in july of last year to help me stay in my home and I felt like they didn't keep there word but they kept my money and all I did was just keep sending in more and more paperwork that they had ask me to and I did everything they had ask me to do and I had to get a realtor to help me sell my home and I got a letter from US Bank attorney saying that my house is in foreclouser and all I want is half of my money back I had paid them $2795 this was all last year in july when I made the first payment was $1495 and the second was $1300 and they still haven't done anything for me at all and I shouldn't have to be out of money all because they fail to do there job like I had hire them to do and I can use that money to pay my bills that i'm behind on!
