shipment and charged after calling and cancelling.

I was sent an unauthorized shipment at the full price of $34.98 and called the company and was told to send back any unused portion and I would be refunded this amount.  I returned the product on or about 2/14/13 and after checking my bank account found that I was charged an additional $34.98 on 2/21/13.  Plan on calling again tomorrow to try to settle this matter.
