I have been paying my phone bill of 40.00 every month on the 1rst of every month for over 4 years all of a sudden I am shut off on the 28th of this month, My son is on active duty in the Navy, I am 64 years old with disabilities I am not allowed to talk to customer service, I am also on a fixed income and can only afford the amount I pay each month, I should not have to pay on a different date with no notice and service late charges.
