They do not honor their warranties and try to put another reason of car failure instead

I had got my car repaired from Marietta Toyota about 10 years back and they gave me a warranty coupon for the repair. I recently had the same issue on the car and had it towed to them to get it fixed. I showed them all the good maintainence that was done on the car and then also showed them the warranty on the issue I am having. Instead, they said the present issue was to due to a failure of another part and thus will not be covered by the warranty. I had opened a case with Toyota in CA, and also had another repair shop before I had actually towed it to Marietta Toyota, knowing what dealerships will and can do to avoid their losses and committments. Inspite of that, they have not done anything about it. I have spoken to the Federal Conusmer board in Washington DC and am in the process of filing a complaints against Marietta Toyota.

Dealerships need to rise above their own faults and admit them and not sham away from their responsibilities. What a shame to deal with them.
