I wish I read the reviews on this site before I placed my order. DO NOT do any business with this company, they have no idea what the meaning of customer service is. I placed an order for dining chairs back on 6/10/10 and was told to expect delivery in 6-8 weeks. Well, like all the other reviews on this site, I still have no furniture as of 10/6/10. I've sent multiple emails requesting information, most of which went unanswered. I've just been told that the furniture has left the manufacturer, but who knows if that is true. In the meantime, I've called AmEx and disputed the charge. I've also filed a complaint with the BBB. Shane, Jake, and the rest of the crooks at that store should not be trusted, buyer beware!  They've recently started to run a promotion to get people to write positive reviews about their company buy buying you a dinner...how about they try running a honest company and deliver what they promise.

    I have to SECOND this as well, so unacceptable avoid them avoid them avoid them.  I specifically questioned "Shane" when I ordered in June about negative reviews and was assured these delays had been dealt with and were a thing of the past, and I knew that worst case scenario it could be September, of course being told August was more likely Guest what? It is October 20th and it still hasn't arrived.  I have heard the exact same things as Ashish, crazy, identical... supposedly tied up in Customs... what a joke.  I am onto the BBB next.
