Should not be allowed to be in business

Sometime in May/2009, I booked a car through "Car rental dot com" and got a car from Universal in Mississauga, Ont. they were the cheapest and they have no shame in letting everyone know that their cars are 2007s on car rental dot com.After waiting for a long time, I was picked up at the airport by an unmarked van and taken to their 'office'-which was a little room they were renting in a hotel. A car was brought for me. The outside was very dirty and they asked me if I could take it to the carwash. The inside of the car was also very filthy, the trunk was also very dirty. This car obviously wasnt cleaned. Anyway, when all the paper work was done, they told me they were in the process of moving and that I would have to return the car at a different location. I told them I would be returning it at 4 am, and they said no problem, and that somebody would be there to take the car and shuttle me to the airport. Guess what? Well when I got there at 4am, the new office was completely dark and locked. Not a soul was in the street, and how was I going to get to the airport dragging 2 suitcases.Remember Universal  were supposed to provide a shuttle to the airport. A gentleman next door at the Shell station called me a cab and I got to the airport, late but still caught my flight. I have learned a lesson, never give your business to an Indian from India, they are very unethical.If I were in Toronto right now, I would tie up Universal rent a car in so much lawsuit, they would have to clean up their act. Perhaps everyone who's been scammed by they, should come together and get a class action lawsuit going. Carrentals.com is as guilty as them in all this. They know what's going on, yet they keep them on their list of car rentals.
