Wow. The quality and value does not match pricing. Furniture was damaged...chips on night stand and botched finish on sides, head board had a crack and decorative swirl on top of head board was not finished. The total for three pieces $4500 and made in China, inspected in China and in the Thomasville warehouse
.....still delivered damaged. What has happened to pride in product? I refused delivery and called credit card company and blocked all future charges. The customer service associate stated they would charge a restocking fee....after some tough feedback about service and quality... I received a credit to my account. It is really sad that the greedy executives have taken jobs overseas for cheap labor an poor quality so that the company executives can have a fat salary.
