Mony withdrawn from my account with out my known consent, how can I get my mony back?

All real consent is known consent. If the deceptive merchant arranged their advertising or order entry to create the appearance of consent without your knowledge, then the claim you gave your consent is false, the hidden terms to create that appearance were deceptive, and taking your money based on that deception was fraudulent.
Immediately contact your bank to dispute all unauthorized charges as fraudulent. Close and block your account number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges. Follow up with a written dispute or fraud affidavit sent to your bank's dispute address from your statement, and make sure they receive it in less than 60 days from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges to invoke your FRB Reg. E or FCBA dispute rights.
