Horrible customer service

My washing machine was not working properly. So i complained at the call centre (in Ludhiana). To my utter shock the whirpool doesn' have its own service centre in Ludhiana .i has oursourced it to Supertech Engineers. it took 3 days for the engineer to turn up. the engineers were extremely rude. The owner of Supertech Engineers even used abusive language and charged a whopping sum of Rs 5000 for machine repair.

After this experience i'll never purchase a whirlpool product.
