Keep calling

I get several calls from "Credit Card Services" which I know is a bunch of crap because they don't know which card(s) I have. Today, I pressed "9" as directed to speak to a representative. A voice came on stating "I understand you wish to apply for a lower interest rate, is that correct?"  I replied "No, I wish to have you place me on the Do Not Call list!" which was immediately followed by "CLICK". They hung up.
