Took a Figaro 925 men's bracelet in to replace clasp and was charged 3x the cost of all other Jewlers in Pocatello's Idaho.  But the work was not even done!  When I went to talk to a manager he was completely unprofessional and rude blaming me for the work order not being filled out right.  (Something his employee did)  telling me I had signed  work order therefore I was "s.o.l."  I am a longtime loyal customer of Jensen Jewlers that WILL NEVER REFER OR SHOP THERE AGAIN!  BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
