I did not order any these magazines. They are charging my card. I want my hard earn money back or I'm calling the cops because they stole my information.

They have other complaints reporting starting "subscriptions" that people never agreed to.
Some magazine scams start this way, followed by "bills" threatening "sending it to collections if you don't pay". It's a form of mail fraud, so fraud complaints to FTC, state AG, and US Postal Inspector are appropriate.
Contact your bank immediately to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have them block your card number to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA. File fraud complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, and the US Postal Inspector (sending magazines through the US Mail is a part of the scheme).
