Regarding missing guiding and cheating

20 days back I shifted my household items from Patna to Mumbai thru Agarwal Packers& Movers (DRS Group). As I had many fragile items, I wanted to entrust the job to some reliable people. I chose Agarwal, as they were supposed to be the "best"! And soon I could realize that it was the greatest blunder I had ever done! They initially/during quotation and till loading loading impressed me with their "manner of talking and and follow up. There packing was pathetic. They are shortage of packing materials. As i was having flight i was bound to pack so i have given packing materials for computer, TV, Cooler,Kent etc. As per their commitment they don't have packing materials required and as commitment. No Wooden,plastic boxes even no sufficient packing materials. Important they came in late night around 12 pm on 23rd Aug'16 for packing in drunken condition .I was forced to send them back. I have raised complaint over their customer care and also sent mail but till today 13th Sept'16 no response /action.
Finally on their local team request i have allowed them for packing and loading on 24th aug'16 on commitment that it will be delivered within week . Booking of all house holds and car in single vehicle.
However, after number of follow up on 10th sept'16 I received my things without car, with lots of excuses for delay. And to my shock, most of the crockery and glass panes were completely broken and few items missing! When contacted, I got the casual reply that I should lodge a complaint and claim for insurance .And that they will search for my lost item. Till today no response.
Today 13th Sept'16 around 10 pm got call for car. It was surprise for me they have told car has taken air that means either they have used my car or taken petrol from my car as there was petrol more than half tank.
(As though this is not the first time this is happening and I'm not the first person having such experience!). And unfortunately, that's the fact, I'm not the first person! Now I understand there are so many people like me who had the same bad experience with Agarwal packers. So its my sincere advice to people that DON'T ever go for AGARWAL PACKERS/DRS group.
