Damage to my new home

On July 9,2012 I had a new claim opened I was told that I would receive a letter in the mail which I never received stating what procedures to take on the damage to my home on January 21,2013 I had a new claim opened and I was told that I would receive a letter in the mail in six business days which today is February 4,2013 and I have not received a letter. I have a neighbor across the street that went through the same thing that I'm going through and he told me that direct tv sent a property damage claim rep to home and prepared a damage report for repair. I spoke to a supervisor on February 4,2013 by the name of Lewis badge #403961 and he said I should request the same my time is limited doing the day but I will be a home for the rest of this week to see if I can get this matter resolved. I have been very patient about this situation and now I'm wanting to get this matter taking care of promptly.
