Sir,
On 24.07.2008, approx midday I booked an e-ticket through internet.
Transaction Id Was:-0057715900
PNR No:- 2451099640
Date of Journey:- 24/7/2008
Class:- 2A,Quota:- Tatkal
From:- New Delhi to Lucknow
Train No & Name:- 2230/Lucknow Mail
Boarding from:- New Delhi
Boarding Upto:- Lucknow
My PAN CARD No :- ANOPP6054G

Reservation Status on printout:-
Coach No/ Seat no/Status
/0000/confirmed

Total Payment made Rs1116+Rs20 as IRCTC service charges.

Sir, at the schedule time i reached station, i approached to TTE:- Mr...... Rajpal(2nd AC)which was on duty ,TTE in Lucknow mail (New Delhi to Lucknow), after seen my printout of e-ticket he said that your ticket not confirmed and the paper which you are carrying just a scrap and nothing.
I several times request him for checking of PNR No or name as properly in chart which was having with them but he did not care. He warns me that I will treat as without ticket. And at last, train was passed at schedule time. I was so frustrated, harass. I was embarrassing by such TTE.
On that time I have not any tool to confirm my PNR status except mobile. At

I had came back from duplicate Lucknow in excess payment of Ticket +500/-
After arriving of lucknow when I checked the status through internet I was surprised that it was confirmed with coach No A-2 , berth No 32
It is pure injustice. Why should I penalize? What is my fault?? Why should TTE not understand my request?
If there is no any value of e ticket, why should not it close??

However, please ask the same with TTE, help me, and make a refund accordingly.

    I AM SUPPORTING YOUR GENUNINE COMPLAIN;WHICH IS APPLICABLE FOR EACH ONE OF US.IF TTE CAN REACT LIKE THAT AND GIVE FOOLISH STATEMENT WITHOUT UNDERSTAND THE FACT AND THE STATUS OF INDIVIDUAL FOR HIS/HER SUDDEN STATE OF MIND,IS NATURAL TO OVERREACT ON SUCH ISSUES.

    THEREFORE,ITS MANDATORY TO OPEN A SEPARATE DEPTT FOR THE E-TICKETING CONFIRMATION ON THE PLATFORM FOR THE EASY CLARIFICATION FOR EVERY INDIVIDUAL.

    WE ALL MUST BRING THIS MATTER TO THE RAILWAY DEPTT;AND REQUEST TO THE CONCERN AUTHORITY TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST TO THE TTE's MISCONDUCT WITH THE PASSENGERS.
