They stopped for a while, after I called the responsible company (see below)& requested they STOP, but apparently that was only temporary

    File a BBB complaint, outlining that they have resumed their annoying calls after agreeing to stop them, and send a copy of your BBB dispute with your complaint letter to two people:  
    1) the manager you can identify as responsible for this telemarketing effort or for increasing subscriptions; and
    2)  CEO at the top of the overall company.

    Your goal is to force them to act properly by showing to upper management that the underling is not competently doing their job, with the possibility that you are enough of a nutcase that this may become a public embarassment they will then have to deal with directly.
